Our prime focus is ensuring the longevity of the product. This is achieved with the use of only standard quality hardware, correct thickness of steel reinforcements & glass (as per the size of the opening), close attention to the suggested design considering wind load and other such minor site details.
It is only then that we are able to offer a 10-year replacement warranty on our installed product.
Our Journey
The inception of Sapphire WinDoors was in the year 2014. During his research for energy saving modern materials for building his family home, the founding partner, Rohit Jena, came upon uPVC (Uni Plasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride). An environmentally friendly material for windows and doors which had already become a renowned material for fenestration needs in Tier-I cities.
It was at this point that he envisaged the potential of uPVC and realized that the Steel City of Jamshedpur also needed a state-of-the-art facility to offer this green product. Hence, Sapphire WinDoors was born when it first tied up with Rehau Polymers. The company had pioneered and invented this product in Germany back in 1958.
Everything happens for a reason. The quest to find a product which leads our living/ work space Towards Better Living was the reason Sapphire WinDoors was conceptualized.
